Playing within your means

Gambling can cost you part or all of the money you deposit. Keep it as entertainment and stop playing when it stops being enjoyable. Money you cannot afford to lose should stay outside your gambling budget.

Take a break

Contact Customer Support to request a seven-day cooling-off period or self-exclusion. If you gamble with other services, make separate exclusion requests with each of them.

Self-exclusion

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account and clearly request self-exclusion. The request takes effect within 24 hours after we receive it. Login is then disabled until further notice from you, with the account locked for at least six months. We send no promotional material during exclusion.

Age requirements

Our games are restricted to adults aged 18 or older. A higher legal gambling age in your jurisdiction also applies. You must be legally eligible to enter an agreement and cannot play for an underage person.

We may request documents to establish your age. Account access may be suspended while evidence is outstanding, and we may close or block the account if we cannot verify eligibility.
